Researching to make my own hammock

I want to make a hammock that is light weight and waterproof. Im not too worried about the colour, greens or dark coloured for general use but something brighter for photos.

Found 'Rip Stock by the Roll' on line. Its an American company and can ship to the uk. Ordered samples to check it out.
